I do not collect any personal information through the RoughAnimator software itself.

The website logs the time and IP address of all visits. RoughAnimator will sometimes load a file from the website upon opening, either to display a message or to check for updates, and this too is logged as a visit. I don't do anything with this data.

Apple, Google, and Amazon may collect information you give them in order to pay for the software, which I have no access to. They may also collect anonymous usage data such as crash logs, which I do have access to and use to improve the software, but have no way of knowing who that data came from. If you buy the software for MacOS or Windows, that is done through FastSpring. The name, email, and address that you enter during checkout will be kept in FastSpring's system and I can access this for statistical purposes, to keep your licenses, and in order to contact you by email, if there's a need. If you email me, I will save your emails for purposes of responding to them and telling you relevant information for support.

You can email me to ask me to delete any information I keep about you. This includes personally identifiable sales information and any past email discussions.
